TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Adult content, Gambling, Pirated Software or Illegal Files and links to sites of this nature are not permitted.
  2. We reserve the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your web pages, without prior notice.
  3. You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate Australian or International law
  4. You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s)
  5. To protect your privacy we never distribute any of your details, and take no responsibility if you decide to distribute details that you collect from your website
  6. Users must not participate in any form of unsolicited bulk emailing or spamming, nor host code or link to any code hosted elsewhere that executes bulk emailing.
  7. Data may not exceed the disk space that is quoted in your contract.
  8. The number of email accounts may not exceed the amount quoted in your contract.
  9. We reserve the right to limit your websites bandwidth/traffic speeds if you should exceed your monthly quota or your website is affecting other sites that we host.
  10. FTP, Database and Telnet access is for personal use only and should not be made available to the public.
  11. You must not divulge the password to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not used without your authority.
  12. Data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. Although we make regular backups it is recommended that you keep an independent backup of all your data.
  13. You may not run server processes (eg. talkers/IRC Bots) from your account on our servers.
  14. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
  15. When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted within 48hours.
  16. We reserve the right to cancel your account if we feel you have violated any of these terms and conditions or believe our services will be affected.
  17. Payments must be made in advance. In the event of payment default, services may be terminated and the account suspended. To resume the service within one month, a reconnection fee of $25AUS will apply. If the account is suspended for more than one month a new account setup fee of $75AUS will be charged.
  18. All web hosting and email hosting plans are for a duration of no less than 12 months. If you decide to cancel your account we will not refund any portion of money.
  19. All prices quoted by us either in our contracts or advertised on the web are in Australian dollars.
  20. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  21. The use of our website and/or our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
