Web Hosting Conditions
- Hosting plans are only offered on a 12 month contract basis. Monthly fee reveals the cost of relative plan on a monthly basis.
- 1 GB (gigabyte) = 1000 MB (megabyte).
- POP3 accounts email accounts have a 50 MB limit per account. This quota is final. If additional quota is required an email hosting plan can be purchased.
- Our hosting service is a shared hosting service, and as such, if your account is using excess resources, it will be suspended. An e-mail will be sent to notify you of this suspension.
- Hosting accounts cannot be used as a repository, archive or storage area for files and/or material that is not specifically used by and accessible through the web site associated with your account.
- Content published via a Kenyon Information Technology service should never be used as a master / primary / critical copy. Whilst we perform regular backups you must maintain a copy of your content.

Email Hosting Conditions
- E-mail plans are only offered on a 12 month contract basis. Monthly fee reveals the cost of relative plan on a monthly basis.
- 1 GB (gigabyte) = 1000 MB (megabyte).
- E-mail plans listed on the email hosting page are separate to web hosting plans.
- Whilst anti-virus and anti-spam definitions are updated regularly, in no way do they guarentee virus & spam free e-mails.
- Our hosting service is a shared hosting service, and as such, if your account is using excess resources or being used to distribute unsolicited email, it will be suspended. An e-mail will be sent prior to notify you of this suspension.
